Picturesque Canberra

Picturesque Canberra

Lakeside Lifting

Lakeside Lifting

Starting to miss Summer already! Luke and I would on occasion transport our gear to the lake for some scenic lifting, then jump in Lake to cool down. We'd get weirder looks for swimming in Canberra's lake than lifting weights in public haha.

Holy Mackerel

Holy Mackerel

I’m going to let you in on one of Barbell Biltong’s deepest secrets. It has nothing to do with biltong, but another preserved food instead.
