Hello there, it's Rory here. I ate some food that I'd like to share with you. (not the actual food, just the story of how I ate it)

The delight of this meal is in how simple it is, in both preparation and taste. I estimate this took me 5 minutes to prepare. The ingredients are literally as shown in the picture, but for those too blind to see the picture but able to to read this, these include: biltong, mango, avocado, tomatoes, banana, sauerkraut, mint and hidden in the corner - 100% dark chocolate.

I enjoyed sitting in the sun, closing my eyes and eating each ingredient separately - taking in the peculiarity of each bite. Then, combining pieces and doing the same. I enjoyed this meal very much, and thought maybe you would too. Or maybe I'm just a freak.

If you're getting sick of cracking open cans of Tuna in attempt to eat healthily - then good on you smelly breath, but I'd rather eat Barbell Biltong.

I consider this prep time 5 minutes as I danced whilst the chestnuts were roasting.
